This morning a knock on my door( verbal one
my favorite kind "knock, knock") It was kind and
lovely Cynthia bearing a gift -a necklace made of flowers from
the garden. It is quiet lovely and sweet and i feel very lucky to have recieved
it.

a little village named wickford

Monday after our weekend of hiking the mountain
we decide to take a ride to the ocean. We walked for hours
in Narragansett. Then made our way home on scenic route
one and that is where i came across this little village by the sea
name Wickford. Some window shopping and then a delicious shop
named Beauty and the Bath where I came across the loveliest shower
caps. now I have not worn one in years, but since my hair is very curly and
once in a while i like to wear it straight- i could not resist one of them.
Everything so floral I was instantly transformed to my shabby chic days
and declared myself a girl for the day!

Joetta, I love this name and have fallen in love with
her blog-truth is I have kept it a secret, my secret place to visit.
Everything about this blog his "lovely", i would have to say that I am
inspired by her work and how she sees and describes her world.

Joetta has put my submission to "my heart wanders" on her blog..
ironically it is her submission that inspired me to submit. Joetta has
recently completed her thesis, I do not think I have every seen anything
like it...thank you Joetta for giving me a place to dwell and inhale

For those who do not know Pia, you only have to spend a few seconds on her blog to know how unbelievably talented she is and another second to know her kindness....I feel very lucky to have come back from weekend hiking where, many hours were spent thinking about many things that have effected my heart. It feels very special to me, a gift for my eyes to see
and heart to feel.
