well the sun is having trouble coming out and staying.
trying to take pictures with natural light the only way i like has been trying. even in some mistakes i seem to find something pretty about them. i am thinking of weekends and the plans we make and how sometimes things change, but even in these changes there can lie beauty don't you think..

Our sun has disappeared too! But you're right, always some beauty to be found.
These happy accidents are lovely. I often prefer my mistakes to the more "correct" pictures I take... Blurry ones are my favourite. They sometimes become more abstract, more emotional, to me that way. But maybe that's just an excuse on my part for lack of skill :)

I find oftent the best photos (and other things in life!) happen when I relinquish control--
totally agree - a clear high quality image can be a little underwhelming sometimes and has no mystery :(
You know I love those kinds of accidents. I actually love it when my photos have that little bit of an over-exposed look. It gives photos that little bit of "sureality".

lovely happy accidents ...
i have had an accident. i broke my foot on monday night. i am still looking for the happy but i know that it will come if i sit still for long enough.
