delicate things
it has been raining here for days.. weeks, perhaps
a few days in between of pure sunshine. my grass is long enough to braid and my colorful accessories are my variety of wellies! I also have been finding myself watching (okay obsessing) Rome the fall of the roman empire reenactments, so much betrayal and blood shed. oh the male ego dangerous thing! but back to the rain all though i am sure most people have had enough, when i finally lay my head on the pillow i have to say listening to the natural symphony that the rain plays is very beautiful.

These look great Nadia!!
Last night we opened the window way up and fell asleep to the rain at 9pm. I slept so soundly!
i agree 100%. and i love that your grass is long enough to braid. and these photos are stunning.
i especially love the top and the fourth and the turquoise string fallen to the floor. pure poetry...happy weekend my friend with maybe a little sun to listen to?!
This is a lovely moody set of photos. I was so anxious that the gorgeous tea pot might be dropped in one shot. I'm so relieved it stayed in tack. Annie
I just found your blog through cannelle et vanille. It's lovely. Your photography is beautiful and I love the music. Thanks for sharing.
I am in love with that teapot! What a find.
I went through an obsession with the Roman Empire. It's fascinating.
Happy weekend!
"Life is not about waiting for the storms to pass...it's about learning how to dance in the rain."
is a quote that came my way this morning. I think from what I know of you; somehow this fits.
love
i know, i'm on the cape, and it's getting to me at times...the rain. but you are so right in saying that at the end of the day, the window near my bed is open ever so slightly as if to say, "ok, come on, lull me to sleep again." i'm listening to a song right now by cold play and the song was perfect alongside looking at your beautiful photos above!
love these...soft and perfect mood for the rain. lovely!
By the way, did I ever tell you this tea pot is just to die for.
what a beautiful teapot and photos.
