bright sun fierce wind and friends







yesterday it snowed, magical. today the sun is bright the wind is fierce i mean hold on to the door windy! I spent the morning at my friends ranch where i got cozy by working with nine gorgeous horses! I am home now and baking a new recipe coconut bread it smells so good in here. laundry is in the washer, wool and alpaca socks have been hand washed and laid to dry, baroque music in playing in the background. i just spoke to a dear friend aran who is celebrating her two year blog anniversary how blessed are we to have someone so creative share her talents with us. my friend sheila who gave me her words of wisdom and calmed my heart is on her way to ny for a fabulous weekend with her mum before she becomes a mum! a lovely email from my dearest josephine! my dearest sara do you hate me is your new baby driving a car yet!!!!and always on my mind because is it possible to care for someone you have never met as much as i do for her my dear sweet lovely deb big hugs to you and all of you!!!!!

I have been meaning to write you for some time now. Your blog is my absolute favorite. I grew up with horses and work with them on a daily basis. To have my own farm one day is a dream:) But for now, reading about yours is inspiring<3
