i have spent the last few days doing the simple things that make for great memories. i have discovered a new forest, have shared fruit with the one i love, cried at words i have heard on the big screen. i have watched the ones i love sleep. it has been good and humbling. i have shed the glamour of the spotlight, the newspaper articles and have been left with something more rewarding a family.

i lay on the grass with calvin this past sunday. we lay and giggled as the clouds drifted by and then he started tickling me and then we both fell asleep. simple yet profound. i also found my family like you.
