I really, really love these. As beautiful as wedding photography can be, there tends to be a sameness about it - I feel like the photographers start to look for the same things. These aren't that way - they feel very honest and fresh to me - wondering eyes instead of jaded ones behind the lens.
I went to a wedding over the weekend, too, and the photographer, while an award winning pro, a friend of the family, is NOT a wedding photographer, and had them doing the CHEESIEST poses and setups...they needed someone like you! lol
these are so wonderful and romantic and very impromptu--i love your first shot and your picture of her shoes...captures the tiny moments so well you talented girl you!
love them all, love the mirror ball with the textured ceiling. all of it. you have different eyes on things, hopefully you realize your gift! cameras are nothing without those eyes.
These are really great. I just got married on August 2nd, so it's all still fresh in my mind. I love your style and your way of seeing things.
Thanks for stopping by my blog. How funny we both have red shoes featured in our profile pix! I was planning on changing mine to my bare feet in the grass, but the weather isn't cooperating for a photo shoot.
The pictures are probably the most important part of a wedding because that's what you have forever. I did not like my pictures. You did a lovely job on this one!
these are wonderfully informal, but sophisticated...even with all the planning that goes into a wedding, the best photos appear to be unrehearsed...these images show that you were alert to those opportunities.

Wow. they are so lucky.
I was just thinking what corine said. Your pictures would make a wedding a very special fete indeed!

Lucky couple!
I wished you had been around when I got married... you probably know that you've made all the difference to that wedding, don't you?

I adore the shot of them walking down the steps!
Wow, congrats! I really dislike the stock photography "style" this is much more real and present. Very nice.
