today i will shut out all sounds except from the music that will play over and over and over again and then i will dive into a world that an author has created and in this place i will stay till i feel safe enough to emerge. I will comfort myself with tea and bread only when i feel light headed and if the phone rings my whole body will jump and quickly silence the ringer..it is time for quietness so that i can hear my mind speak to my heart, i hope it speaks of healing, kindness and love, i hope it forgives it for it's mistakes, i hope it tells my heart it is okay to forget...

yes, it is. lovely images. i love the "i love you" on the window and those twine and ribbon spools are dreamy. these also have a "russian ballerina" feeling to them nadia.
