when color is used

this weekend i learned so much about myself. the kind of test that you are grateful you are you. for the longest time people would always say i was sensitive they meant it as if that was not a good thing i know and yes sometime tears come but only after taking so much. I am sensitive and i would never have it any other way. i know i see things differently with many others but we are not the same of course not, but should we all not have compassion and integrity? I am grateful that my husband always reminds me that it is a gift to put people & animals first no matter how much you want to fight for yourself, that i never let winning, pride, and ego get in the way of what is right. thank you dear k.

bright beautiful spring

It is a beautiful day here in Providence. I hope
that there in brooklyn deb, jennifer, chessa are enjoying some sun. i hope that cindy* and cindy are enjoing the sun. Jeska is there sun where you are? corine how is the sun there and you aran is it sunny today in florida? Claire in Ireland has the sun come out? Onami est ce que le soliel est la? how about you cutseas, esti in spain, solvi, heidi, shiny squirrel, chelsea, pia how is in amsterdam, yoli, mandarine, helen your dessert looks sunny, kandalee how is the sun, josephine, irene is it bright and sara you need those raise for the wee little one!!!!and you mum how is montreal? how about you and you is it the sun shining ...

waiting for snow

schools are canceled, groceries stores were jam packed..warning storm is on it's way.. i, waiting and waiting for the sight of one snow flake, like a child waiting for grandparents to arrive.. i sit patiently at the window. Oh dear weather man please tell me you got this one right. I have mitts, boots and a hat at the door, my camera battery ready. I envision some grand snow fall covering every morsel of ground and dusting all the trees....i have buttons and twigs and a carrot to give life to a snow man. oh dear puffy white clouds please come down and play....

round and round i go

i am thinking of you guys, i hope you are not feeling overwhelmed. how is your holiday prep going, do you get nervous or discouraged are there things you wish could be different?..or is it going okay, or even great! do you have bags to pack or guest rooms to set up, have you bought your gifts or made them...are you like me it does'nt feel like christmas without snow? do you have a secret wish...?

holiday prep

things are beginning to take shape, the house always smells wonderful from the holiday baking. ribbon, thread, twine and buttons come out of drawers. Pine cones adorn the staircase doilies find a new purpose and mental lists make unto paper.
